To say we love what we do would be an understatement. We get to share in one of the most exciting journeys that two people can embark on. What makes our job even better is when we get to photograph weddings more than one of the siblings!  A few years ago we were blessed to shoot Erin and Jared’s wedding in Brundidge, Alabama. This year…we will shoot Erin’s younger sister Kristen and her fiance, Taylor’s wedding.  We had a blast shooting Kristen and Taylor’s engagement session in downtown Montgomery, Alabama. We can’t wait for the wedding day!  Enjoy a peek into their fun session!

Recently, Hannah and Jerry’s wedding photos were published on the blog. We also had the privilege of working with Hannah shooting her Bridal Session! During her shoot, we were able to shoot at the church she grew up in! Being able to shoot at her church provided beautiful pictures and is a special place to Hannah with so many memories! We loved the way that the light streamed through the windows. Another location we visited during the session was The Barn at Pisgah Hill in Grady, Alabama.

We had the honor of heading to Destin, Florida last weekend to be a part of Heather and Tony’s big day. Since the wedding festivities were taking place at the Emerald Grande Hotel, we decided we would take full advantage of this awesome venue and spend the weekend there as well. The weather was beautiful and made for a gorgeous wedding day! Heather was a beautiful bride in her fitted wedding gown. My favorite touch was the beaded and lace cap sleeves on her dress. Heather’s something blue was her initials and wedding date sown into the inside of her dress.  The bridesmaids dresses were a deep purple and complemented the bride. The flowers also had touches of deep purple. The groom sported a clean, sleek grey suit. Once the ceremony was complete, guests enjoyed cocktail hour and an elegant reception in the Emerald Grande Ballroom.  Guests enjoyed delicious food and cake as they celebrated the newlyweds. We have enjoyed getting to know Heather and Tony! We pray that their marriage is a blessing and is blessed! Thanks again Heather and Tony for allowing us to be a part of your day!

Blessings, Meagan
